Destinations

We ship within Australia, New Zealand, the United States and other destinations made available at checkout.

Complimentary delivery & Express upgrades

Complimentary standard delivery applies to eligible orders of $150 AUD or more sent to Australia or New Zealand. Orders below the threshold and orders to other destinations are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Eligible Australian metropolitan orders may receive a complimentary upgrade to Express Post at no additional charge. Express upgrade eligibility depends on the destination postcode, dispatch timing, carrier coverage and service availability. The upgrade is offered as a complimentary service and does not change the shipping amount paid at checkout.

Express Post is a faster delivery service, however an Express upgrade does not guarantee next-business-day delivery unless a specific guaranteed timeframe is expressly stated at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by carrier network conditions, public holidays, weather and peak periods.

Processing and dispatch

In-stock orders are generally prepared within one to two business days. Tracking details are sent when available. Dispatch and delivery timing may vary during weekends, public holidays, launches and peak periods.

Addresses

Please check the delivery name and address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact order@mistylorette.com.au immediately. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated, a parcel appears lost or an order arrives damaged, email order@mistylorette.com.au with your order number and any relevant photographs. Misty Lorette remains your point of contact and will work with the carrier to investigate. A reasonable carrier investigation may be required before the appropriate resolution is provided.

Taxes, duties and currencies

Shopify Markets may display prices in a local currency and apply the tax treatment expected for your destination. Australian and New Zealand prices include applicable GST where required. United States sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required. If a duty, import tax or carrier charge is not collected before payment, it may be payable by the recipient on arrival.
